Good question! What is the catch!? And every good question deserves a good answer. This site is maintained as a part time hobby. This is both why it is free and why all I require is a link back to my site. It does cost us money to run the site, so if you see an ad on the site that intrests you, go ahead and visit them. It helps us out as well as the site that is advertising.
Yes. We still require a link back to Templates For All. We are thinking about an option to pay $10-20 to remove the copyright from the footer. With the proceeds going to pay for hosting of the site.
With any HTML editor you can open any of the '*.html' files included with each template and enter in your own content and links and then re-save/rename the page according to your needs.
Yes you can! Its a cost effective way to get a professional looking site. All the webmaster needs to do is create content for the site, so it takes less time to make a complete site. Less time means less money spent.
Yes, you may use our templates for your client's websites. Just keep in mind a link back to Templates For All is required for all templates. You may not resell or redistribute them.
You can:
Build any website using the template in any way you like.
You cannot:
Resell or redistribute the templates.
Remove the footer copyright for Templates For All.
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our templates, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content provider companies and individuals.

At the moment, no. We are, however, toying with the idea of an option to pay $10-20 to remove the copyright from the footer. With the proceeds going to pay for hosting of the site.
Using a program such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage or any HTML editor you can open any of the '*.html' files included with each template and enter in your own content and links and then re-save/rename the page according to your needs. If you would like to make changes to graphics or put labels on buttons, I suggest using a program such as Macromedia Fireworks, Paint Shop Pro, Ulead PhotoImpact, Adobe PhotoShop or any other graphic editor.
Templates are delivered in .ZIP format for fast downloading. You will need an unzipping tool to open this type of files. Windows users may visit www.WinZip.com. Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com.
